- Establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders and providing profit to shareholders.
- Create job opportunities and improve the economy.
- Develop a sustainable area that is in harmony with the environment.
- Improve human resources performance with regard to employee welfare.
2019
- World Bank reported 33 companies exodus from China because of trade war with the US but none of those companies choose Indonesia as their investment location.
- The President of Republic of Indonesia established an investment team to create a strategic national projects to welcome foreign direct investment.
2020
- Batang was selected as a National Strategic Project Location.
- Designing Masterplan of Batang Integrated Industrial Estate.
- Establishment of PT KITB.
- Commencement of land clearing and development of basic infrastructure.
2021
- Finalization of land clearing and basic infrastructure for Phase 1 450 Ha.
- Ground Breaking of the first tenant: KCC Glass (South Korea) for 43 Ha.
- Development of multi-level toll access.
2022
- Basic infrastructure for Cluster 1 3100 Ha done.
- Commencement of utility facilities construction.
- Topping-off 10 towers of low-rise apartment.
- Industrial lot for Phase 1 450 Ha all leased-out.
- Preparation for land clearing for Phase 2 1000 Ha.
2023
- Commencement of land clearing for Phase 2 1000 Ha.
- Launching of Standard Factory Building and Warehouse.
- Construction of Management Office.
- Preparation for City Development such as Commercial Lot and Commercial Spaces.
